About Our Founder & Patron: Pastor Paul Musisi

Pastor Paul Musisi is the Founder and Executive Director of the Former Footballers Seniors Foundation, and his life story is a powerful testament to resilience, faith, and compassion.

Cast out of his home at age 11, Paul ended up on the streets, surviving from garbage and battling deep despair. In that darkness, he encountered a life-changing message: "God is a father to the fatherless." This truth gave him hope and led him to dedicate his life to Christ and to serving others.

From those humble beginnings, Paul pursued education, earning diplomas in Theology and Social Works and Administration. He became General Manager of a Christian Radio Station, where he chose to reinvest his success into supporting widows, orphans, and the needy. He is the founder of the Great Lakes Region Youth Movement and an Orphanage Centre caring for over 1,000 children, and Pastor of Caring Heart Community Fellowship, which grew to 450 members in just five weeks. Today, he serves as Sales and Marketing Supervisor at Impact Radio Station while leading Caring Heart Breakthrough Ministries.

Paul brings this same unwavering commitment to our foundation, working alongside a dedicated Board of 4 Members to ensure our senior footballers receive the honor, care, and support they deserve. His life is a testament that no one is beyond hope, and that with faith and dedication, we can build a community that cares for its own.

Today, many of these heroes have hung up their boots, yet their contribution to the sport and to our nation's sporting heritage remains immeasurable. They are the living legends who paved the way for the stars of tomorrow, and they deserve our deepest respect, gratitude, and support.
